Return & Refund Policy
At Inome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must meet the following conditions:
• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
• Free from damage, unless the issue occurred during shipping or manufacturing
To begin the return process, please contact us at customercare@inomehub.com with your order details. You will receive instructions on how to return your item. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping their return.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@inomehub.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care products (e.g., beauty and hygiene items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards and final sale items

Return Shipping & Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first complete the return process. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important Notes:
• Some financial institutions may take additional time to process and post the refund.
• If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at customercare@inomehub.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
